Located in the Bear Mountain area of Redding , this lodge-style vacation home is ideally located for your Shasta area vacation. The main room has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Bear Mountain and the many oak trees on the 5 acre property.

This is a wonderful location for a family vacation, a peaceful getaway, a fishing retreat or a trip to enjoy the natural beauty of the Shasta-Cascade area. The property is mostly level, with rolling hills, perfect for children who like to explore. The house is located only a few miles from a Lake Shasta marina, where you can rent a boat or launch your own.

Outside, there is a redwood deck, a nice jacuzzi spa, a landscaped seating area and a gas barbecue. If you are considering vacationing with a pet, we would be happy to discuss reasonable arrangements.

The house was originally built in 1988 and has had only one owner who has taken very good care of it. We plan on continuing this tradition.
